How to add an instructional voice over?

Hi,
Im looking at adding an instructional voiceover, so we have step one (instructional voiceover) step two (voiceover) and so on. Each voiceover will be split where the user will have to interact by touching the right object and gesture it, then move onto next step.
Im wondering is there any tutorials that Microsoft have that have this functionality? Or has anyone done this sort of thing?

I believe that you can try TextToSpeech script

and edit in the OnSelect() function of your object to speak different voiceover.
