HMD display not working - Surface Book 2 + Lenovo Explorer + Surface USB-C to HDMI Adapter

All setup and recognized but display is black (not light up) on Lenovo Explorer. I suspect that USB type C to HDMI dose not points to NVIDIA card, but not sure if that's the problem.

It looks like an equipment problem。
Here is a way for you to solve this problem: submitting your question in Feedback Hub.
Feedback Hub is a Microsoft Store app, the download link is here.
Mixed Reality Team can fetch application logs directly by Feedback hub. It is quite helpful for solving your problem. It also lets you provide screenshots. The more info you can give, the better.
For more specific operation steps please refer to this question.

If someone has working Surface Book 2 + Any Mixed Reality headset, it will be nice to share configuration screenshot. It has been two weeks since i get Lenovo explorer, reinstalled windows, get 2 different adapters with 4K support, one of them Microsoft USB C to HDMI adapter, no luck. I'm loosing hope that i can make it work. Spend lot of time every day on this problem.

At the end i have returned the headset. There is no point to have thousand dollars tech and spend weeks to make it work.
