Hololens Emulator Will not Install
I have Visual Studio 2015 update 3 installed, and when I try to install the emulator it says I must have update 1 installed. Is there a way to get it to install with update 3 installed?

I may have found my answer, I was missing the UWP tools, or at least some part of them. The error was not specific about which options where missing and I had thought I already installed them.
