@MoHolo You can find sleep settings in home page when you access device in browser

As mentioned by @sudhakar82 , you change how long it takes for the HoloLens to enter standby mode using the Windows Device Portal.
On the Home page, scroll down and you can change when the device goes to sleep, both while on battery and when it is plugged in.
