Yes, it is possible, just integrate them both in Unity
You can use both of them in a project. Be sure to get the right vuforia packages: https://library.vuforia.com/articles/Training/Developing-Vuforia-Apps-for-HoloLens (Did you have something particular in mind? I'm not sure if I've really answered your question.)

Hi @Barmyard,
ok thanks a lot
Hi @james_ashley,
i want to add the TapToPlace script to the hologram and place it elsewhere (spatial mapping prefab, spatial understanding prefab). The hologram is made by image recognition. Furthermore i would like to move, rotate and scale the hologram. Do you guys have any idea? @Barmyard @james_ashley.
Thank you guys for your attention
You can add the TapToPlace script programatically.
hologram.AddComponent<TapToPlace>();
Tutorial 211 will walk you through move, rotate and scaling holograms: https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/holographic/holograms_211
"Cortana Bigger" and "Cortana Smaller" may be all you need for scaling, though, depending on your scenario.

@james_ashley,
voice control sounds more interesting to me. How can i do that?
Do you think i should consider the tutorial 211 and customize the HTK scripts with the scripts of the tutorial 211??
Thank you
@VR_HSRW1,
The HTK contains a Keyword Manager that makes using voice commands really easy. Here's a tutorial on how to use it: https://hololens.reality.news/how-to/holotoolkit-add-voice-commands-your-hololens-app-0175284/
