How do you copy/paste text while browsing?

I'm using Edge to browse, and I wanted to copy some text to tweet. How can I copy text?? I can highlight the text, but can't find any option to copy it. I paired a Bluetooth keyboard but no luck with Ctrl+C there either. Edge doesn't have an Edit menu that i can find with a keyboard either. Cortana is useless and just searches for "copy text, copy clipboard, copy text to clipboard, etc..) I must be missing something very obvious because this is the last thing I would have expected to be a challenge this morning.

  • same here, I'm trying to copy a loooong access code to my institution's wifi so i can work without being bumped off, but i can't "copy" the key from my email to "paste it to the wifi settings

  • Same issue for me too. :(

  • Find a small Bluetooth keyboard, set HoloLens to developer mode, pair keyboard. Use ctrl-c and ctrl-v. I asked this earlier and not much of an answer back. Seems like Cortana voice copy and paste is overdue for Windows 10 generally. Hope this helps.
  • Ok you did keyboard. I have copied urls in address bar that way. But in web page seems harder for no good reason. You can select stuff with mouse paired.
  • I have a keyboard, Edge is ignoring ctrl+c though.

  • Same problem.
Another way would be to use the File Portal via PC --> "Virtual Input"

  • Its 2018 may 30! Still no copy and paste support for the holo lens edge browser.
Sure does not make it easy to do any work. I have to re type everything. :D
