Deploying to local machine works, but to device doesn't

Hi all,

I've been working on a HoloLens project, and am having trouble with deploying the app to the device. When I run without debugging with Visual studio on the local machine, I can view my Unity scene> However, when I try running it on the device itself, the Windows menu disappears, but nothing appears (not even the Made with Unity text). Waiting for 15 minutes didn't have any results. I've made a project with just a cube, and that did work on the device. All necessary settings seem to be the same. Is there anything that I could try to solve this?

  • Do you deploy wirelessly (Remote Machine) or wired (Device)? Are you still using Release x86 settings? And does it give you any sort of error message or feedback during the deployment process?
