Hololens head strap is off a few teeth. Is there a way to get it even again?

Hi my head strap with the adjustment wheel is off. When I close it all the way one side touches as it should and the other is still extended. Is there a way to let some of the strap go in on one side without pulling the other in more?

I get that issue... the way I fix it is to expand it all the way i.e. twist the wheel as usual. Once fully expanded I give it a few more twists( as much as it lets me) then usual it realigns.
