Problems with Sharing Holograms

Hello I'm trying to run correctly the Sharing 240 tutorial, and am having IP adress related issues.

Setup:
1 hololens
1 PC running the service
1 PC running the Hololens emulator

When I ping through command line to the PC running the servcie, I get response. But when I try to connect using the PC with the emulator or from the Hololens then I get no response, I wonder if is a matter of accesing the port?

Then I tried the following setup:
1 Hololens
1 PC running the service AND the emulator

With this I get response and connect to the Sharing Service within Unity editor, but neither from the emulator nor the Hololens.

Is the problem the IP, or the acces port or my network?

Thanks
