Does my PC need to meet dev requirements to actually develop an app for mixed reality?

Hey there,

It really sounds like a fun idea to develop for mixed reality, but I just have one question: Can I still develop if my PC doesn't quite meet the system requirements?

Here are my specs:
GTX 1060 3GB
Intel i5-7400
8GB RAM
128GB SSD / 1TB HDD

Can I still develop and just expect the experience to be slightly laggy, or do I have to upgrade my computer if I want to develop for mixed reality?

Thanks.

Okay thanks! So I will still be able to download/use the programs but just expect them to be a bit laggy.
