Have 2 Hololens' 2nd one cant get past user login on setup.
So the 2nd hololens I'm setting up seems to have issues with setup. I can get to the point where you setup the user, type in the username/password and click next. I see "Please Wait..." for about 60 seconds and the next screen says "undefined" with a back and next button. Both take me back to setup user. Any ideas?

This turned out to be an issue with the outlook account we were using, used another account and everything is working. Not sure why, but problem solved.

My issue seemed to be a password change that occured, and caused the account to have issues with the hololens (or at least thats what im concluding).

Glad to hear you've got it working now! If you have any more issues like this, filing feedback in the Windows Feedback app will help us investigate further.
@Todd I got a support indident open, im assuming that should be sufficient. They are looking into why that account doesn't work. However I'll ask them if I should file a feedback issue when they close the incident. Thanks for the idea.
I am having the same problem. Maybe is with Work accounts
