Recording / Screen capture with Immersive Headset

edited October 2017 in Q&A and Discussions

Is there an API for Immersive Headset that can allow me to record or screen capture while im in my own app? Something very similar to the Cliff House feature
(I am aware the hololens have that feature)

Not really sure what you're attempting, but remember your Immersive headset apps actually run on your VR ready computer (laptop/desktop etc). You can already screen capture that with existing apps: Camtasia, snagit, typical screen recording software. So all you have to do is screen capture your mr portal.

Specifically what are you attempting to do - use the API to capture what your custom app is showing?
