Cannot resolve destination host issue

My application is failing to connect to Playfab after exporting from Unity. Everything works fine in as a PC build and in editor, just not when exported as a Universal Windows application running with a Mixed Reality Headset.
I get Cannot Resolve Destination Host which appears to be a UnityWebRequest error.

Is there an additional setting to enable internet capability in an app or could this be an issue with Unity? I'm using Unity 2017.2.0f3-MRTP.

Has anyone else had this issue or is it something to take up with Unity / Playfab?

Thanks.
