How would I get VR teleportation into a HoloLens app?
Hey guys,
I have built a model of my future house at full scale and have been able to get it onto the HoloLens no problem. My issue comes when I want to walk around. I have limited space to do so, so I was thinking that VR teleportation could help with that. Has anyone tried that or can someone point me in the right direction?

What I have done is placing the complete scene as children of one gameobject (except the camera). Then instead of teleporting the camera, you can teleport the scene in the opposite direction. This allows both the free movement of the camera by the HoloLens and teleporting.
@clafleur one approach would be to move the house model in 3d space around you.
If you are looking for a teleportation style interaction, you might use your gaze pointer to find a spot on the floor that you want to teleport to and then on an airtap or voice command shift the house model in the opposite direction the distance between you and the point you are gazing at.
