Get Position of Mixed Reality

Hello

I try to build a .dll which can get position of several VR-Devices.

Oculus and OpenVR is already implemented using Oculus SDK and OpenVR SDK.

For the Windows Mixed Reality HMD, I need access to the Windows 10 UWP API.

1) How can I access / call functions from the Windows 10 UWP API from a normal C++ Visual Studio Project without generating a UWP app ?

2) Is it at all possible altough the DualApiPartition Attribute is not set for the desired function ?

I already tried the C++/WinRT language projection by Kenny Kerr which seems also not to work.

Any advise or help is much appreciated!
