We're not sure what's up, but this error code should help: S1002361-101

I've been using Windows MR for a few months with both the HP and Samsung headsets. Today when I went in to use it, the MR portal would keep saying the headset was sleeping and needed to be woken up. However, it would never wake up. I could tell the tracking was working since it could see the controllers in the status bar. It does appear that an update was installed since I last used it.

After struggling with it for awhile, I uninstalled Windows Mixed Reality and then tried to go through the set-up again. The regular set-up process would run all the way through setting up the tracking volume but failed on the download content step. I manually installed the enterprise CAB which allowed me to progress past that. Now I am back to the point where the headset won't wake up and on the second attempt I get this error message:

"We're not sure what's up, but this error code should help: S1002361-101"

Any suggestions?

    There is a more efficient way for you to solve this problem is submitting your question in Feedback Hub.
    Feedback Hub is a Microsoft Store app, the download link is here.
    Mixed Reality Team can fetch application logs directly by Feedback hub. It is quite helpful for solving your problem. It also lets you provide screenshots. The more info you can give, the better.
