Acer Headset - Cannot Download Software to Setup

Hi everyone, I just received the Acer headset however am having trouble setting it up. Looks like the installer is having a tough time downloading the software. Does anyone know what the issue could be?

I seem to be on the latest build of Windows although the home version (new laptop):

I should also mention that I had deleted the previous versions of Windows builds on my machine so need help re-installing the appropriate Windows build that will work with the headset according with another thread:

  • Build version 1709 on the Insider preview Windows update settings is still buggy with the Mixed Reality Headsets while trying to download software during the installation process.

    Is there any idea when the next stable release of Windows will be so that I do not need to reinstall Windows Fall Creators Update version? Cheers.
