Looking for an app for animation.

Hello,
I am learning animation and so for that I am looking for an app for my PC which can make animation more easy for me to design .I went through many app videos and also checked the App Video Content but did not find anything. So please help me out find such an app for animation.
Any help will be appreciated.

If it is some basic animation, you can try with mixamo but if you are working to create your own animation then I recommend blender.
