Mixed Reality Portal doesn't mirror headset view

I just received my HP MR headset. I managed to connect it to the MR portal. When the device is connected, I see the view through the headset but the view is not mirrored on the MR portal screen. Is there a way to have it show what the headset is seeing?

  • In the shell (virtual house), open the shell menu (bloom equivalence - press "Windows" key). At the bottom, you should see "Camera" and "Preview". Preview is the one you are looking for.

  • Same issue: the MR Portal shows a static image when using a headset, not mirroring what is displayed in the headset. However, I see "Camera" but no "Preview" after pressing the "Windows" key.

This system isn't equipped with a discrete graphics card, but is using an i7-7700. Is the lack of a graphics card the reason why all of this functionality is disabled?
