Need Help: Sharing With UNET to sync object Position, Rotation, Scale, and State (Enabled/Disabled)

I'm making a simple app where you can view a model, move it around the room, rotate it, and scale it up and down (all done through some floating buttons or whatever), but I need all those changes to be synced across all clients. Not only that, there will be a menu that will allow you to swap to a different model, which I guess would just be a matter of disabling the current model and enabling the new model, so that would need to be synced as well.

Are these features not included in the toolkit for UNET? If not, I have to imagine a lot of this stuff has been already done before, so if it has can anyone point me in the right direction where I can find some examples?

Thanks!
