unity windows stopped working after build 17074.rs

in Getting ready for Windows Mixed Reality

Unity 5.6 or 2017.1.1 versions tried.

Some windows are not displayed. Some windows Partially displayed, not accessible.

Windows cannot be switched between scene or game or animator. Menus are working and windows(scene/game/animator) can be accessed by menu or by keys.

problem mentioned are highlighted in red.

    Display settings: change it - 100 , log out. Log back in. It works.

    BTW, the display settings were not changed in recent months..
