    Hey, @sergeyer.

If you are talking from the user perspective then there is no way to change the logic of application windows pinning. You may find an app that has head-attached HUD-like display inside of the app, but the app's window will still be pinned to the world.

If you are talking from the developer perspective, then the situation is similar. Each app will have its window pinned to the world.

Now some apps will be windowed apps where the content is rendered right onto that window. Windowed apps shared the holographic spaces with other apps: you see all the windows at the same time.

And some apps are "fullscreen" where they still have their window, but once you tap on it, you're going into the unshared/exclusive holographic space where only the content of this one app is shown. This is where you can create your own window (but not an app-window anymore, just a window/view) with whatever information you need on it. With that window you can do as you're pleased, such as attach to a wall, to the head or let it dance valse in front of you.

The exception of this behavior is the Holograms app, where the holograms are sharing the holographic space with all the windows of other apps. This behavior is not available to developers yet.

    Hope this helps.
