Can't deploy to device
I get the following error when I try to deploy to the HoloLens:
DEP6957: Failed to connect to device '127.0.0.1' using Universal Authentication. Please verify the correct remote authentication mode is specified in the project debug settings. COMException - Error HRESULT E_FAIL has been returned from a call to a COM component. [0x80004005]
It works on other PCs, so the debug settings don't seem to be the issue. I also tried different HoloLenses.
I can deploy to a remote device but not over usb.
The HoloLens is listed as USB device in the device manager.
Any ideas? Is a required service not running? Where can i get more information?

Is the device on?
Also paired with the device? Though I forget if you need to do that step if you are deploying over usb. But since it says 'Authentication' you may want to double check your developer settings on the device and ensure you are paired with this PC.
