hololens trough polycarbonate visor

hi there, i'm writing as i'm developing an interesting product with hololens to be placed behind a visor in manufactoring enviroment.

i noticed that when i put the visor on, in my spece location holograms tend to slide a little bit... i suppose is because the IR and depth sensor have distorced information on the real time basis.
the location is previously scanned and after the visor in on, seems its not understanding the placement.

in your opinion... what if i cover the IR emitters? could it work? or the ir emitters and the depth sensor too...

what do you think?
Dave.
