can we know the exact type of CPU of the hololens and its architecture?

I would like to know the exact name of the CPU, so that way i could have a datasheet of it. What i found on the internet is Intel atom x5 z8100, but this one there is no record for it on intel's official page

https://ark.intel.com/products/85474/Intel-Atom-x5-Z8500-Processor-2M-Cache-up-to-2_24-GHz , is the 8500. I'd assume its the same, just faster?

Enumerating the devices throws up this interesting line:
ID=\?\ACPI#GenuineIntel_-x86_Family_6_Model_76-_______Intel(R)Atom(TM)_x5-Z8100P_CPU@_1.04GHz#_2#{97fadb10-4e33-40ae-359c-8bef029dbdd0} => MINWINPC
I haven't kept tabs on the Intel chip names since they started calling everything "Pentium", so I don't know if Z8100P is the same as Z8500 :-)
"MINWINPC" is the same name reported on Windows 10 IoT Core...

The CPU has a 32 bits architecture, but the x5-z500 has a 64 bits architecture. Is there 2 versions of the same processor? I mean by that, one version 32bits and the other 64bits.
