World Anchor Manager and instantiate multiple object

Hello guys,

I am working in project were the user can instantiate multiple object.
So for each click i use this code :

var newPosition = Camera.main.transform.position + Camera.main.transform.forward * 1.5f;
GameObject myObj= Instantiate(_currendObjectToAdd, newPosition, Quaternion.identity) as GameObject;

After the seconde instantiated object the world anchor Manager encoured an error :
"An item with the same key has already been added. Key: MyObject(Clone)"

_currendObjectToAdd is a 3d object (prefab).

Any one can help me ?
