Our Unity App suddenly gone to the Background on RS4!

Hi, Holo developers,

Now, we have a BIG problem, updating to RS4 (Windows 10 April 2018 Update) !

Our application started from the Device Portal API had suddenly gone to the background on occasion. Once gone in the background and called again from the API, then the app came back foreground (the game was going well). So, we thought that our app was not crashed.

Our app was made by Unity 2017.4.5f1 (64-bit) with HoloToolkit-Unity-2017.2.1.4.
We tried two Task Manager's API ver. 10.0.17134.80 and 10.0.1734.111, but there were not the differences. Of course, no blooming nor the voice control.

So, does anyone have an idea? Please give us a clue!

What do you mean 'gone to background'?

I have had problems with my HoloLens with random blooms (i.e. it thinks I have bloomed and I haven't). I had this pre-RS4 but it seems to have got worse with the RS4 update.

Hi Peter_NZ, thank you for your answer and be sorry for late replaying. I'm very excited at The World Cup, and my work does not advance.

That means that the game object suddenly vanished while playing the game and the Hololens's pointer shown up. In our game application, 4 Hololenses exchange each positions and play with the same gaming-area. Even if one Hololens got into this state, the others could take that position. So, we think that our application was going well in the background and did not sleep.

The blooming happen unexpectedly? It's hard problem, isn't it? How often does it occur? We plan to make the 180[s] short game playing with 8 Hololenses at the same time. Is it difficult to play a game till the last without any blooming?
