Real-time object tracking

Hi,
I would like to use HoloLens to real-time track object.
Can anybody suggest a fast open source object tracking method?
I use OpenCV to track Aruco markers, but it looks slow.

Another question is which camera should I use to do tracking?
I use HD video camera to track the Aruco marker, but the FOV is very small.
Should I use four environment understanding cameras?

Any suggestions about HoloLens object tracking are very appreciated.

Thanks.

YL
