Why am I not able to access HoloLens' inbuilt camera using the mobile app I am currently working on?
I am trying to open the camera from an app which is developed by me and my team at Tata Consultancy Servies using Xamarin Forms.As per TCS policies I am unable to give you anymore details about the app.
I am not receiving any error code or error message , but whenever I am trying to open the camera I receive a popup with a message "You do not have proper app to open the camera.Would you like to open the Windows Store".When I go to the store I cannot download the "Windows Camera" app as it is only available for tablets,phones and xbox one.

You don't need a Windows Store mixed reality Camera app, because of the functionality already existing in Hololens see the documentation, showing the front panel, Taking mixed reality captures.
Follow the documentation and use the API calls in
Locatable camera. Use the Hololens API not the mobile API.If your project uses Unity, follow the instructions in the documentation Locatable camera in Unity
Once you have taken your photo See your photos on HoloLens
