"wlanapi.dll could not be found." - NativeWifi

Hi,
I'm trying to use the NativeWifi-library to build a simple Hololens Application to show wifi signal strength in MR. It works perfectly fine in Unity and I'm able to deploy the App to my Hololens. The application starts, but then I get a "wlanapi.dll could not be found."-error. This .dll seems to be standard dll of Windows, so I tried resetting the Hololens, but I still get the error.
Is the "wlanapi.dll" supposed to be missing on Hololens Windows? Or does anyone have an idea what could be the problem?
