You can use a manual solution to migrate a Lotus Notes file to Office 365. If I share my personal experience with you, then I want to tell you that my personal experience is not good with the manual method because the manual method is a complex and time-consuming process. If you are a non-technical person, then I recommend you should use any proficient third-party tool such as Bitacube Lotus Notes to Office 365 Migration. The software provides users with an easy GUI interface that allows users to rapidly migrate Lotus Notes file to Office 365. This tool provides the facilitates to preview entire Lotus Notes data in the preview pane before final migration is being started. You can check here this tool free trial version: https://bitacube.com/lotus-notes-to-office-365-migration.html
