Video conferencing with Hololense

I know that Skype has an extension for video conference between Hololense user and desktop user.

You can send video and hologram from hololense to the desktop user.
And desktop user can draw something in hololense view and send image data/received video with an image back to Hololense.
You can even find a lot of reviews about Skype for Hololense, like this one https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BGlQFwvdta4.

This solution from Skype is not good enough for my use case. I want, that the desktop user has a better possibility to draw in the Hololense view.

Is there no other video conference software, that were adjusted for Hololense? From WhatsApp, TeamViewer, GoToMeeting, Google+ Hangouts, AnyMeeting, WebEx Meetings, ooVoo, Meetings.io etc. I couldn't find anything about Hololense extension for this meeting software.

Or is there any video conference software, which has a developer API, so that I can adjust it for Hololense needs?

To modify video stream from Hololense, so that it sends not only video from Hololense camera, but also Holograms.
To have some stream from desktop user with drawings, which I can later put into the Hololense screen.
Perhaps someone has already experience with modifiyng video conference software over APIs? Is it possible to modify software's video stream, which goes from Hololense to Desktop User? To create my own video stream, which is enriched with Holograms and tell the software to use this video stream instead of camera?

Or can some video conference software send two video streams from the desktop user, one to see his person in Hololense and one with the drawings?

Or would you say, it is not possible and I have to program this on my own with WebRTC or RTP streams?
