Settings Network Info

After the device goes to sleep there are times where I can't access the network information through the settings app. All other settings work but tapping on the settings will just freeze the instance. Has anyone else encountered this?

  • @animodoc,

You mention that there are times where you cannot access network information in the Settings application after resuming your HoloLens. Can you think of anything common between the instances where you have seen this behavior?
    For example:

    • is the HoloLens connected to USB?
    • what was the orientation of the HoloLens when it awoke (ex: upright, upside-down)?
    • were the sleep times the same?

    Thanks!
    David

Thanks for the response! I usually deploy over Wi-Fi so no USB connection. I usually turn the hololens upside-down when I put it to sleep, and the sleep times are variable! The device is connected to the internet as well!
