Connected to wifi but holograms aren't loading

Everything was working just fine until yesterday. Now, when I open the Hologram screen, they don’t load any holograms. Eventually, I get this error pop-up: "Sync Error. There was a problem loading your holograms. Make sure you are connected to the internet.” I’ve tried two different WiFi networks, and I get the same result. I am able to access Skype and access the internet and the store, so I know the connection is working.

Any suggestions or similar experiences?

Have you tried stopping the app through the device portal and restarting it to see if that fixes it?
