What "security" measures are in place?

edited March 2016 in Questions And Answers

I use Windows 10, and am attacked by 5-314,000 hackers a day. 5,000 being an average, 314,000 the most I have ever faced. No one including the FBI, Charter, and Time Warner Cable has been able to protect me. As to why I am faced with such a #cyberwar, inquiring minds want to know what I am up to in real time on my devices. I have contacted the DOD, and Senate intelligence committees, no one wants these kinds of problems. Is there a solution available that is HoloLens specific? #Security

that sound's pretty terrible. you must be up to all sorts of high powered stuff.

there's some info you'll find poking about concerning application isolation on UWP.

...If you put the thing on the internet (present an attack surface) and people are somehow magically finding you and assaulting you hundreds of thousands of times a day, you may have a global problem with your use of compute devices in a connected world.

    ...notice me senpais...

Get a good firewall for your home network, and a CDN like Incapsula with a WAF for your website

    1. disconnect from matrix/internet both sporadically, and often
    2. never stay online 24/7
    3. use multiple firewalls,
    4. partition your apps and data behind multiple firewalls
    5. encrypt your data using pki and often changing secret keys
    6. use linux

then realize you can still be hacked...

    problem solved ;)
