Get Clicker Gyroscope Data?

Is anyone aware of a way to get orientation or other data from the Hololens clicker? I'm using Unity3D but all solutions are welcome.

Thanks!

  • I would also like access to that.

My impression is that the clicker is just that, a Bluetooth button without any additional sensors on it.

  • I've wondered about this too, because the clicker can be off screen and it will honour your movements.

As of 2016/july I've been able to use the Clicker to click and hold and drag. Apparently it uses accelerometers and not absolutely positioning. Looking my self for how to access this.

Related confirmation of not being able to access clicker data currently.

+1 The clicker seems to have accurate sensitivity. I'd like to be able to take advantage of its axis data.
