Unity Camera Not Working

Hello,
I am trying to set my app to take pictures with my Hololens. I have used the code found here (https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/holographic/locatable_camera_in_unity) for saving a photo to a file and have placed debug statements throughout the program. The only one that I am getting is right after the PhotoCapture.CreateAsync method during the Start() function. I have tried putting this script on both a 2D and 3D app under the camera, canvas, or GameObjects, but it still only returns that one debug statement. I am using a physical Hololens and do Release, x86, and Device in VisualStudio to deploy.

Does anyone know what the problem I am having is and how I can get the Hololens to take the pictures? Thank you.
