Unreal Engine integration
Hey guys.
Got accepted into wave 1 thankfully so should be getting my kit end of the month. Really looking forward to it but was wondering if anything had progressed with an Unreal Engine integration alongside the Unity3D plugin?
If not is there any advice or snippets that would help for integration to UE4 or are we on our own with this 1?

If I remember correctly Unity and Autodesk Fusion 360 announced support for HoloLens, but nothing from UE4.
Apparently UE4 is very data intensive so for now it's Unity only.
Ms should just give Mark Rein a dev kit and he'd be compelled to make it happen
Unity has built-in support for developing with HoloLens, but you also have the option of using DirectX when working with other middleware tools. Check out the documentation on working with DirectX in HoloLens.
Seems Microsoft forked Unreal Engine and made it compile and run UWP.

Seems the UWP support for Unreal engine was added primarily to support Xbox deployment.
I'm wondering if there are any plans by ATG or another MSFT group to support HoloLens' HolographicView deployment as well.
