@Onsterion from the docs:
HoloLens recognizes gesture input by tracking the position of either or both hands that are visible to the device. ...
For each hand that HoloLens detects, you can access its position (without orientation) and its pressed state. As the hand nears the edge of the gesture frame, you're also provided with a direction vector, which you can show to the user so they know how to move their hand to get it back where HoloLens can see it.

Yes i read this in the documentation but i can't find a code example for access to both hands positions at the same time and check if is the left hand or right hand.
I found this post (http://forums.hololens.com/discussion/1608/left-right-hand-tracking) and i saw this feature is not in the API.
So i guess create a stable behavior for left hand and another for the right hand at the same time is a problem.

@Onsterion try modifying the hands manager from the holotoolkit since it's responsible with the hand recognition try using two cursors with feedback when hand is recognized. i don't know but it's an idea
Please correct me if i'm wrong, but I think HoloLens can only detect your hands when open air-tap, close air-tap and bloom. this is useless.
