Unable to get into the "network and internet" menu
I am trying to connect to the a WiFi network. To do that, I go to the settings menu. Now, whenever I select "network and internet" , the hololens does nothing (except show a grey selecting box around it). I am unable to select any other menu item in the settings window either.
I have to close the settings menu and reopen it to be able to select other items and they seem to be working.
Any ideas on what should I be doing?

Hi @siddhantjain,
If there is a moon icon when you look at the Settings app, then it means that app has gone to sleep. You should be able to tap on the app to make it wake up and then it will be responsive again. If this does not help, then I would suggest rebooting the device. If it is still unresponsive after rebooting, then you will need to reset the device. This troubleshooting section from our docs should help:

Before resetting, please file a feedback via the feedback app (ideally you'd reproduce the issue after pressing the reproduce button in the feedback app) so that the team can look into the issue.
