Is Dell Inspiron 15 5000 Series compatible for Hololens development?

Hi guys,
I need a favor to ask, can you guys check this link and see whether this laptop is compatible for Hololens Development?

    Bill, you may need to go into the BIOS and enable Hyper-V so you can use the HoloLens emulator. Otherwise, though, it all looks good once you upgrade to Windows 10 Pro (not Home). (A good way to check if hyper-v is working is to try the visual studio 2015 phone emulator for android when you get your machine.)
