Where can I find training for 3D modeling and Unity with the purpose of designing for Hololens?
I've searched online for any kind of Hololens training, and I haven't really found any kind of conferences or courses. Nothing further than the Microsoft tutorials?
I'm asking as a team of two: Designer and Developer. As a designer, I'd like to find training in 3D modeling and animation that is compatible for Unity and Hololens. Most training is more niche for high res videos/graphics or video games. And as a developer, we're looking for hands on training/support for Visual Studio and Unity.
Hololens is really a niche, and it's difficult to find specific training!

The pluralsight course for game development using Unity 3d worked well as a starting point for me, having started with no exposure to Unity. There are several courses on unity and the training courses are easy to use and can be watched at up to double speed.
See this one https://unity3d.com/learn for Unity's training, and this one for pluralsight's training https://app.pluralsight.com/library/courses/introduction-game-development-unity/table-of-contents

Have you considered looking for training geared for mobile? There is a lot of overlap between mobile and HoloLens.
