Can any one tell me which Laptop is the best for Hololens Development

I'm going to buy a higher end laptop, can you experts suggest a Good Laptop which will be compatible with HOLOLENS development.

    The development machine system requirements are documented here. As long as your PC meets the requirements for Visual Studio 2015 and the emulator (if you will be using the emulator), you should be successful.

  • Hi Jones,

    My understanding was that SLAT was either required or very highly recommended in order for Hyper-V to work. I wonder if while enabling SLAT the BIOS automatically enables something else that you have to manually disable?

    Yes I've Upgraded to Windows 10. I'm checking on HYPER V and SLAT. Let me go through the information.

  • I can confirm that development is also possible on a MacBook Pro running Windows 10 Pro bootcamped. However there is no explicit way to enable SLAT, you have to actively reboot with Windows boot drive selected as default which is a bit of voodoo.
