AR for HoloLens

Hi,
I want to track a tag which has four distinct landmarks.
The four landmarks can be detected, the pose of the tag can be estimated and then I redo projection of these landmarks.
These reprojected landmarks match well with detected landmarks on the video, so I think the pose estimation is correct.
However, the hologram of these four landmarks has some offset (mismatch) along z direction from real landmarks. If I adjust IPD, these offset can be somehow alleviated.
I think this means I need to redo calibration. I redo it, but the resulting IPD still results in some mismatch along z direction. So I have to manually adjust it until the mismatch is minimized.
Does this make sense?

Sometime, I have to slightly adjust HoloLens on my head to alleviate the mismatch.
Does this make sense too?

Many thanks.
