  • Just installed and the UI changes look great

  • Awesome! One question. With the MTP Support, will it be possible to connect an external device to Hololens (like an RGB camera). thanks

I would be interested, why RS4 still seems to have no language packs for Speech recognition and Text-to-speech made available. (Don't need Display language and Handwriting). It sounds like such a straightforward thing to do to work for customers outside the US. It seems more a packaging than a software development problem? (Using Cognitive Services is no solution - latency, and network connection requirement).
What is really blocking it? It is a significant adoption blocker outside the US as English speech recognition is not working well for many speakers (even with simple keywords).

Can somebody explain what 'Holographic reprojection modes' means in a practical sense? As HoloLens developers obviously better stability is always a good thing. Do we just set this to HolographicReprojectionMode.OrientationOnly and get the benefit. Or are there trade-offs that we need to be aware of.

Hey everyone, please ask these questions as "questions" in the forum category we created, and not as comments on this announce. Our engineers and support folks won't see the questions here :-)
