Question on color separation

I've noticed pretty strong color separation on the built in camera reticle when moving my head. I know the reticle as designed can lead to separation issues but I wanted to make sure this was normal as I hadn't tried the camera tool before the OS update.

Thanks!

This is normal. Pure white (#FFFFFF Hex) contains a high luminosity of all three colors, so it's the worse combo to use. This is similar to the rainbow effect for DLP's if you've ever experienced it.
