How do I start the hololens emulator in visual studio?

I have updated the latest version of Visual Studio (Update 3) and downloaded the Hololens Emulator (build 10.0.14342.1018) and have Hyper-V enabled. Now, every time I go to start the a holographic app, I click on the drop down menu to pull up the hololens emulator but it never shows up as an option. I have downloaded it and re-downloaded it but it will not show up. I am on an alienware 17x laptop with more specs than necessary so hardware shouldn't be the problem. Any help is appreciated.

    Hi @FinestFrench,
Can you double-check that Hyper-V is enabled? Also, do you see any other emulators listed in the deploy dropdown (e.g. phone)?

I'm told that the HoloLens emulator won't show up unless x86 is selected as the build target.

As an additional troubleshooting step, make sure the mobile emulators for phone are installed, and try creating a blank C# UWP app and deploy it to one of those emulators.
