Unable to set Azure Function App output as Azure Notification Hub

Hi,
We are trying to implement "MR and Azure 308: Cross-device notifications" example explained in the link https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/mixed-reality/mr-azure-308.
As explained in chapter 6, step 30 b, we are unable to see the azure notification hubs under outputs. When try add a new output, the list doesn't have the Notification hub. Please guide us how to add notification hub as output for function app.
Some time getting binding error.
