Video Streaming from Hololens to PC in different networks posible?

Hello,
Is there any way to get video streaming out of HoloLens to a PC? I've seen that with MRC stream is posible, but both devices have to be on the same network.
My question is, is there any way to do it if the two devices are on different networks? (The routing solution wouldn't work for me).
