Depoloyment error on network change

Every time when some change happen in the network between holonlens device and development machine deployment cannot be started.
For example if hololens gets into sleep mode or even if development machine temporary lose connection, Visual Studio throws following error:

DEP0001 : Unexpected Error: -2145615869

After that restart of VS is required. It is probably VS and not a hololens issue, but it should fixed soon.
